  All Best Buy stores offer a similar experience. This is no exception... except for Gary in the appliances department. He was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I don't like shopping when I have to spend a lot of money on a washer and dryer. But Gary made it as bearable as possible for me.

  The television I bought, was the wrong size, after trying to like it for 60 days, couldn't stand it anymore. Best Buy took it back, full credit, in exchange for the next larger size. No questions asked! Really very helpful. Thanks Best Buy! Now I'm a very happy customer!
