  I feel customer service varied depending on individual. Greg was informative and knowledgeable. The other salesman we dealt w needed to be more informative and clear with specifics as what needed to be completed for installation. He was not specific on what all needed to be done to install the pool. A checklist of specifics of what needs to be done (electric work) needed be given at time of purchase. Not just a vague statement. I also believe install side of company needs to be more connected to sales side. Greg did contact me based on specific issues and handled it very professionally. I was happy with his willingness to make sure that all issues were resolved. I wish we would have been able to deal with Greg throughout the whole process .
