  Terrible customer service. I took my fiancé in Sat. Jan 14th after going to the bridal show in Cleveland to show him some options and the two working the bridal desk that afternoon were too busy on their phones and looked hung over to physically get up. Another staff member working the main floor was awkwardly hovering us while we tried to look through samples and attempted to relay information from the lazy two at the desk, but couldn't help with what we needed. It was so uncomfortable and we were clearly an inconvenience being there so we quickly left. I've been in other weddings where this company has been used in other states and they seemed to be ok, but the Avon Mens Wearhouse is a joke. The fitting I scheduled at the bridal show will not be happening as we've now picked another company to work with.
